Hi and salam everyone. Now, we continue with the documenting evidence. This is an important situation where is not only students who are doing this documenting evidence. But, all over the researcher or everyone all over the world who are doing the assignment. So, we should know how to make a citation. There are many ways to do the citation. Books, journal, magazine, articles, newspaper, online newspaper, online magazine, websites article and etc. we should learn how to do the citation to avoid the plagiarist.
There are a few reasons for documenting sources. Which are:
·         To let your reader know that you have done your assignment and building from the ideas and research of others.
·         To inform your reader where to locate the original document if they interested with it.
·         Surely to avoid plagiarism by giving appropriate credit where is it due.
In documentation are refers to the system you used to give a credit to your source acknowledging that you are using words, ideas, views or findings of others person. So, what I have learn is, there are three types of documentation style:
1.       MLA  ( MODERN LANGUANGE ASSICIATION)
2.       APA  ( AMERICAN PHYSCOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION)
3.       CBE  (COUNCIL OF BIOLOGY EDITORS)
Lastly, you guys must take note on this topic okay? Because it is important. So, till we meet again.

sourcing material

Good morning and salam to my lecturer and fellow friends.
When we talked much about plagiarist, surely we must take note all the elements that collaborate with plagiarism should we avoid.
Carefully when start to evaluating the sources that use can help to ensure all the sources are credible, reliable and relevant to writing in paper. Evaluating the reliability and credibility of sources on the internet is vital. So, when this requirement is fulfilled , the truth value of source is high , thus making the article are highly reliable.
In fact, when we start on writing assignment we should already know mostly to get the reliable materials. In making the assignment, we no need to know deep the topic extensively. The other ways to get some ideas of other writers. Therefore, we start to by looking for information from different sources.
In short, I have a checklist when seek for sources:
·         Have you guys checked the journal titles in the database that are related to your field of study?
·         Have you tried t looking for information using Google Scholar?
·         Have you looked at other sources?
·         Is the material and information current?
·         Have you evaluated the reliability of the online articles  you used?

Before that, I want to share a link given by my lecturer. (ezaccess.library.uitm.edu.my/login )

plagiarism defeats the university's goal of teaching!

Plagiarism.

What are the points when writing assignment? The point of writing any assignment is to improve your understanding of a particular topic. These are help to express the understanding in writing and let the lecturer evaluate how to well can the student to understand.

There are very common when we heard about plagiarist. Plagiarism is a form of academic in which represent someone else’s words or ideas as your own. The basic expectation in every class is that whatever you write will be your own understanding. Therefor it is acceptable to incorporate someone else’s words in student paper only if the student clearly indicates the words are someone else’s.
So, what wrong with the plagiarism? First, plagiarism are defeats the purpose of writing assignment. When student substitute else’s understanding or expression for their own. They are also avoid the work of using and improving own expressive ability. Therefore, plagiarism also defeats the university’s goal of teaching students to write, not just copy.

Therefore, plagiarism is a form of a lying because the professor is always expecting their students will perform their true understanding.  But some students always take a granted. Plus, in 21st century nowadays there are no limitations all over the world. No one owns Internet, although several organizations the world over collaborate in its functioning and development. The high speed, fiber optic cables through which the bulk of the internet data travels are owned by telephone companies in their respective countries.
